Hi, I’m Matt Sands.

I’m a Realtor serving the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, but real estate isn’t my only profession. I’m also a career firefighter, and I’ve spent years helping people through some of the most important and stressful moments of their lives.

Whether responding to emergencies, helping homeowners protect their property, or guiding clients through a real estate transaction, I’ve learned that people value honesty, communication, and someone who will put their interests first.

Real estate has always been a passion of mine. Beyond helping buyers and sellers, I have a strong background in construction, home maintenance, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and property improvements. That experience allows me to see things many agents overlook and helps my clients make informed decisions when buying or selling a home.

I was born and raised in Bucks County and have lived in the Lehigh Valley for several years. Because of that, I have a deep understanding of both communities and the local real estate markets that serve them.
